The ambience is good here. GOOD spot. They are attentive, the greeters, the servers. Food is good & your served a good portion. As well as the drinks are Good- mojitos, margaritas are my to go's there. I frequent various "Noches de Colombia" and I can happily say they're consistent , hence my being a repeat customer. One of the very few things that I might say I dislike is at the Woodbridge location they have the karaoke (weekends) and it's very noisy and annoying as your their to dine and not have people screaming/ singing loudly that you cannot enjoy your dinner.

This location is our absolute favorite Noches De Colombia. The service and food are always on point. The restaurant is decorated for Valentine's Day and it's cute. Today we came in for breakfast and the sandwiches were delicious. I had the ham, egg and cheese and hubby had the grilled chicken we both had fries and cafe con leche Everything was great. Jorge our server was also great.

This place never disappoints. We were a party of 4 and walked right in, although the parking lot always seem busy. The red sangria was perfectly made. The lemonada de coco was too lemony this time around. The server was attentive and food came out quick. I love their fried snapper and all the food taste fresh. I'm not sure if they have live music daily but on Memorial Day they did.

I've been to their other chain locations and must say this was just as good! Arrived about 5pm. This seemed to be the best time as the place seemed to have been a tad empty. As we entered to meet the rest of our party the waitress gave us just enough time to review the menu and place our drinks and order. As we left the place began to fill up where I saw ppl leaving due to the extensive wait. The food was superb. We ordered 2 salads. One consisted of just steak and the other steak, chicken and shrimps. The others ordered chicken, fries and a fish with all meats. Although we weren't asked how we wanted the meats cooked, everything came out juicy and tasteful. To leave I ordered empanadas and those were just as delicious. Reheated some the next day and once again delicious! My 2 salads, passion fruit drink, soda and 8 empanadas was about $60 including tip. Complimentary valet parking was available upon arrival. The gentlemen's were all attentive and super quick when I arrived and when leaving.

Noche is always a good idea when in New Jersey. Each location has its own flare but this one has authentic fresh baked breads and pastries. Oh and the coffee is a mush have!!! Catch the live music on the weekends.
